Market statistics area a very valuable tool for both buyers and sellers. Buyers use statistics to gauge how the home they are interested in stacks up to the rest of the community while sellers often use market statistics to form the basis for pricing their home.
Our statistical data comes from the Pikes Peak REALTOR Services Corporation ("RSC"), more commonly known as the Pikes Peak MLS. Although we don't give statistical data down to the neighborhood level, we feel that the area statistics give buyers and sellers the type of data that they are looking for.

Great news for the King’s Deer Community. A King’s Deer resident, Doug Almond and his father, Larry Almond are planning to buy the King’s Deer golf course and turn it into a “five-star facility”. Since the property cannot be sold until the foreclosure process is completed, The Almond Golf LLC, a company created by the Almonds, is currently leasing the course from the Nebraska Bank that is in the process of foreclosing on it.
At this point, the course is slated to reopen for members and residents on May 3rd 2014 and to the general public on May 10th.
This is great news for the real estate market in King’s Deer as well as the entire Tri-Lakes region. Real Estates markets don’t respond well to uncertainty, so resolving this closure so quickly can only be good news for this market.
